Every Qaytona Monograph is assembled from authoritative sources, verified claim by claim, and given a transparent confidence score. No claim appears without a verifiable source behind it.

A core of clinical & scientific databases anchors every Monograph today. A second category — traditional and non-Western evidence — is being added. Over time, each Monograph draws on both to form its corpus.

The same pipeline runs every time — and if the confidence score comes back low, the Monograph is held for review before it’s re-synthesized.
