The agreement between you and Qaytona when you use our monographs, account, and billing features.
Effective September 1, 2026
Qaytona is an educational reference for health practitioners. It publishes monographs on dietary supplement ingredients that summarize dosing, interactions, safety data, and clinical evidence, with each claim linked to the source it came from.
Monographs are synthesized by automated pipelines from published literature and public databases, then scored for confidence. They are not individually reviewed by a clinician unless a monograph says so.
Qaytona is for educational use only. Nothing on the service is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for your own clinical judgment and the professional standards that apply to you.
Sources can be wrong, out of date, or misread by our synthesis. Always verify a claim against the cited source before you rely on it, and never use Qaytona as the sole basis for a decision about a patient or yourself.
Access currently requires an invitation. You sign in with a Google account or a one-time code sent to your email address, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure. If you believe someone else has used your account, tell us at hello@qaytona.com.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Qaytona. We may suspend or close an account that is not on the invitation list, shares access with others, or breaks these terms.
New accounts receive 14 days of free access starting from the first sign-in. When the trial ends, continued access requires a paid plan.
The early adopter plan is $199 per month, billed as $597 every three months through Stripe. Billing renews automatically at the end of each three-month period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Fees are not refunded for partial periods.
We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
You may quote monograph passages in your own clinical notes, patient education materials, and professional communication, with attribution to Qaytona and the underlying source.
Qaytona owns the monographs, the synthesis, confidence scores, design, and software that make up the service. Cited sources belong to their publishers and are linked, not reproduced, except for short excerpts used to support a claim.
You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as feedback or attached screenshots. By submitting it you give us a license to use it to improve the service.
Qaytona is in an invitation-only alpha. Features change, monographs are re-synthesized, and the service may be unavailable without notice. We do not promise uptime, and we may withdraw or reshape features as the product develops.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Supplement evidence changes; we do not guarantee that any monograph reflects the current state of the literature.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Qaytona is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from clinical decisions made with the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You can stop using Qaytona at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@qaytona.com. We can suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, and we will refund any prepaid, unused period when we end access for reasons other than a breach.
We will post updates to this page and change the effective date. For material changes we will also email the address on your account. Continuing to use Qaytona after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
